Yesterday marks 13 years of the loss of my father. Sadly it was due to his own poor health habits. While some may ‘honor’ a person’s memory by having a drink or a smoke, I feel like the best way to honor him is to not engage in the same self-destructive behaviors that ultimately ended his life too early.
This fueled my health transformation and my entire life’s mission.
