Podcast: MiM #44 Managing STRESS

Whether we like it or not, stress is unavoidable. We know there is both good and bad stress and how you handle the latter is key to how it affects you. Long-term stress can damage your health, but there are things you can do to help reduce the effect it has on your mind and body. Today I talk about some of the things I have done which have been effective in helping reduce the impact stress has had in my life.
